1. Introduction
Welcome to Funtoor. By booking a trip, expedition, or service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth and memorable journey.
2. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
For customized trips, destination weddings, or large corporate groups, payment terms may vary and will be clearly communicated during the initial booking process.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while covering the costs we incur to prepare for your trip:
- • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total trip cost deducted.
- • 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of total trip cost deducted.
- • 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost deducted.
- • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund possible.
4. Health, Safety & Route Changes
Our trips often involve high altitudes, unpredictable weather, and demanding physical activities. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit. We reserve the right to alter itineraries, change routes, or cancel tours if extreme weather, landslides, roadblocks, or safety concerns arise. The safety of our guests and crew is our absolute top priority.
5. Liability & Insurance
Funtoor acts as an organizer for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, and activities. While we carefully vet all our partners, we cannot be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or delays caused by third-party services. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance before their trip.
